2 апреля 2022 года в рамках контрольного лова рыбы с участием Балхаш- Алакольской межобластной бассейновой инспекции рыбного хозяйства и ТОО «НПЦРХ» начался сравнительный эксперимент по селективности/избирательности традиционных орудий лова (капроновых сетей) и сетей из мононитей (лесковых) с шагом ячеи от 30 до 100 мм. Эксперимент продлится 10 дней, по итогам будут рекомендованы орудия лова с минимальным размером конструктивного шага ячеи, которые не позволят допустить прилова молоди рыб (не промысловых размеров, т.е. неполовозрелых) для сохранения и обеспечения воспроизводства рыбных ресурсов.

К систематически связанным видам относятся виды, которые попали в окружающую среду специально или случайно, в дополнение к основному месту их обитания. Эти виды быстро адаптируются, когда окружающая среда для них благоприятна. Чужеродные виды широко распространены по всему миру и встречаются во всех категориях живых организмов (растения, животные, рыбы и др.) и во всех видах экосистем.
По последним данным, в реке Или и Капчагайском водохранилище обитают черный лещ, сиг, тиляпия, змееголов. Почти вся эта рыба поступила из соседнего Китая, т.е. из трансграничной реки Или. Экзотические виды негативно влияют на биоразнообразие, экосистемы, популяции. Они приводят к изменениям среды обитания, конкуренции за питательные вещества, хищничеству, болезням и утрате генетического разнообразия.
Необходимо провести научные исследования для определения наличия чужеродных видов в водоемах. Сохранение биоразнообразия является актуальной проблемой на сегодняшний день. Это отражено в Конвенции о биологическом разнообразии. В целях решения данного вопроса ТОО «НПЦРХ» приступило к проведению исследований в рамках Программы «Комплексная оценка состояния рыбных ресурсов и других гидробионтов основных рыбохозяйственных водоемов Казахстана и разработка научно-обоснованных рекомендаций по их устойчивому использованию.»
В ходе исследований были проведены следующие работы:
• проведен общий мониторинг уловов рыбаков- любителей;
• определен видовой состав выловленных рыб;
• сняты биологические показатели этих рыб;
• поставлены эксперименты с зимними удочками для определения уловистости разных рыболовных снастей и наживок.
В головном подразделении ТОО «НПЦРХ», ведущим научным сотрудником лаборатории ихтиологии Куликовым Е.В. был проведен семинар на тему: «Системные меры по улучшению качества прогнозных исследований на примере Капшагайского водохранилища и Алакольской системы озер, модернизация схемы расчета предельно допустимых уловов и моделирования состояния запасов для проверки критерия MSY».
Семинар был посвящен повышению квалификации молодых специалистов ТОО «НПЦРХ» и проходил с участием Алтайского, Аральского, Балхашского, Атырауского, Западно-Казахстанского и Северного филиалов в онлайн формате.
В ходе семинара были рассмотрены следующие вопросы:
1. Планирование исследований
2. Работа на промысле
3. Точное соблюдение методик исследований
4. Применение таких орудий лова, которые обеспечивают сбор материала по всем размерно-возрастным группам рыб

Кроме того, были рассмотрены схемы работ по накоплению данных на промысле, правильность отбора проб на станциях.
Одной из главных задач семинара было достижение правильной обработки данных при расчете численности рыб на водоемах с применением современных методов. В частности, особое внимание было уделено коэффициентам уловистости орудий лова, которые имеют важное значение при расчете предельно допустимых уловов и моделированию состояния рыбных запасов.
На Совете рассматривались годовые рабочие программы на 2022 г. по программам целевого финансирования:
— НТП «Научно-технологическое обеспечение комплексного развития аквакультуры Казахстана путем разработки и внедрения инновационных технологий и новых объектов рыбоводства»;
— НТП «Комплексная оценка состояния рыбных ресурсов и других гидробионтов основных рыбопромысловых водоемов Казахстана и разработка научно-обоснованных рекомендаций по их устойчивому использованию».
Также на Ученом совете ведущим научным сотрудником лаборатории ихтиологии Куликовым Е.В. был проведен рабочий семинар на тему: «Системные меры по улучшению качества прогнозных исследований на примере Капшагайского водохранилища и Алаколькой системы озер, модернизация схемы расчета ПДУ и моделирования состояния запасов для проверки критерия MSY».
10 февраля 2022 года председатель комитета рыбного хозяйства Министерства экологии, геологии и природных ресурсов РК Жунусов Нариман Талгатович прибыл с рабочим визитом в г. Кызылорда.
В ходе визита в конференц-зале Арало-Сырдарьинской межобластной бассейновой инспекции рыбного хозяйства с участием заместителя акима Аральского района Абишева Еркина Жумахановича, руководителя Управления природных ресурсов и регулирования природопользования Шаменова Бауржана Сериковича, директора Аральского филиала ТОО «НПЦРХ» Баракбаева Тынысбека Темирхановича и директора «Ассоциации рыбных хозяйств-BD» Балкеева Абзала Пернебаевича провел собрание.

В рамках задачи программы ПЦФ: «Комплексная оценка состояния рыбных ресурсов и других гидробионтов основных рыбопромысловых водоемов Казахстана и разработка научно-обоснованных рекомендаций по их устойчивому использованию», на 2021-2023 гг., специалистами ТОО «НПЦРХ» проведены исследования по оценке гидролого-гидрохимического режима и кормовой базы (зоопланктон и макрозообентос) реки Жайык.
2021 год характеризуется, как маловодный, что негативно повлияло на состояние гидробионтов реки Жайык в период нерестовых миграций осетровых рыб. Естественное размножение осетровых остается на низком уровне в небольшом количестве регистрируется молодь севрюги и стерляди. Продолжаются работы по оценке генетического разнообразия осетровых рыб, отобранных из естественной среды р.Жайык для формирования ремонтно-маточных стад на осетровом рыбоводном заводах (РГКП «УАОРЗ» и «АОРЗ»).
Хорошей новостью является отлов зимних форм севрюги и русского осетра. Результаты данной работы послужат основой для разработки комплексных рекомендаций по сохранению биоразнообразия осетровых путем формирования маточных стад осетровых рыб на осетровых рыбоводных хозяйствах, аквакультуре осетровых хозяйств в Республике Казахстан, с изучением генетической структуры производителей и их генетической сертификации.
