The Testing Center (hereinafter referred to as the TC) was established at FishRPC (Order No. 22-f dated 03.05.16) and operates on the basis of the “Regulations on the Testing Center”.
The TC is accredited in the state system of technical regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”, accreditation certificate № KZ.Т.02.Е1276 dated “27” August 2022.
When conducting testing, according to the declared scope of accreditation, it has all the necessary resources, including:
– laboratory facilities;
– measuring instruments and testing equipment;
– state standard samples (SSS);
– regulatory and regulatory-technical framework;
– competent, experienced and qualified specialists.
To meet the modern world level in the organization of testing laboratories, the testing base of the Center is regularly replenished with new models of measuring and testing equipment, which ensures the objectivity, completeness and reliability of the results of the tests.
The TC has financial stability, the TC staff is provided with measuring instruments and testing equipment for conducting high-quality testing, as well as the necessary office and office equipment, software.

Based on the requirements of GOST ISO / IEC 17025-2019, a quality system has been developed and implemented. Strict control of each element of the system from the moment of concluding the contract until the issuance of the test report prevents the possibility of issuing erroneous results.
