Development and introduction of innovative technologies and new objects of aquaculture, economically effective in natural and climatic conditions of different regions of Kazakhstan
Development and implementation of combined technologies for growing valuable fish species.
Approbation and implementation of effective biotechnical techniques for growing promising aquaculture facilities in the conditions of fish farms in Kazakhstan with their genetic identification using DNA markers.
Development and implementation of biotechnical techniques for the formation of RMS of rare and endangered fish species in the conditions of fish farms in Kazakhstan, taking into account their genetic structure.
Work has begun on the development of combined technologies for the cultivation of salmon fish at fish farms in Kazakhstan. Combined trout cultivation technologies will be developed in various regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Almaty, Aktobe and Turkestan regions).
Biotechnical techniques for industrial cultivation of freshwater shrimp and tench planting material in fish farms in Kazakhstan have been developed. Work has begun on genotyping and species identification using markers of nuclear and mitochondrial DNA of freshwater shrimp and tench.
Work has begun on the development of biotechnical techniques for the formation of RMS of rare and endangered fish species in the conditions of fish farms in Kazakhstan, taking into account their genetic structure. Biotechnical methods of harvesting of different-aged individuals of the nelma and sterlet of the Irtysh population, their adaptation to artificial conditions of detention, domestication have been worked out. Work has begun on the genetic certification (nuclear and mitochondrial DNA (STR, Dloop) of producers selected for the formation of repair herds of rare and endangered fish species. Lifetime sampling of sterlet and nelma was carried out. DNA was isolated and conditions for PCR were selected. Specific genetic identification by mitochondrial DNA, selection and approbation of microsatellite loci for nelma certification were carried out. The genotyping of sterlet and nelma was carried out.
6 scientific articles have been published (2 articles of the СQASE ME RK), 12 articles in the media, and 5 seminars have been held.
An interim report for 2024 has been prepared in accordance with GOST 7.32-2017.
