Questions on the use of intellectual property, which is the fundamental basis of the innovative potential of any organization, are especially relevant at the present stage of economic development and play a key role. An important link in the implementation of this work in the center is the information and innovation department. The activities of the Department are regulated by the regulation “On the Information and Innovation Department” in terms of the implementation of the goals and objectives assigned to the Department, guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, current laws, regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders, orders of the management of the RPC of Fishery LLP and the Committee of Fisheries of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
