Responsibilities:

  • Recruit qualified personnel for the organization and maintain the employee database.
  • Develop forecasts for workforce needs; liaise with educational institutions, employment centers, and organizations of a similar profile.
  • Conduct candidate selection, assessment, and recommendation for hiring; oversee their adaptation and internships.
  • Develop a talent pool; organize and support employee evaluations; analyze results and implement improvement measures.
  • Timely process hiring, transfers, and terminations; maintain personnel records and employee files.
  • Manage employment record books and other documents; issue work experience certificates.
  • Maintain leave records; prepare and monitor work schedules; analyze staff turnover reasons.
  • Prepare materials for employee rewards, recognitions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Advise employees on documentation for pension assignments.
  • Organize internships for young specialists; coordinate with research institutes and universities for scientific staff training.
  • Coordinate HR specialists in branches; monitor compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to labor discipline and internal work rules; maintain attendance records.
  • Participate in implementing and maintaining integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
  • Maintain confidentiality, corporate ethics, and compliance with employment contracts.
  • Be prepared for business trips.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and basic HR record-keeping.
  • Ability to work with standardized document forms and maintain personnel records.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with ISO systems is a plus.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work with large volumes of information.

Job Vacancy: Accountant

     Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounting records of assets, liabilities, and business operations (fixed assets, inventories, expenses, settlements with suppliers and customers).
  • Receive and verify primary documents, prepare them for processing, and record transactions in accounting accounts.
  • Prepare reports on fixed assets, inventories, works, and services; identify losses and unproductive expenses; propose measures to reduce them.
  • Participate in inventories; ensure the safekeeping of accounting documents and their transfer to the archive.
  • Create and maintain accounting information databases; update directories and standards.
  • Maintain accounting registers using modern technologies and control the execution of budget estimates.
  • Provide timely consolidated reports on debtors, creditors, and taxes (property, transport, etc.).
  • Monitor the accuracy of accounting for fixed assets, inventories, material and energy consumption, and reporting correctness.
  • Calculate taxes (transport, property, land, etc.).
  • Comply with labor discipline, occupational safety, fire safety, and sanitary regulations.
  • Improve professional qualifications; perform tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant and management.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in finance or economics.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian languages.
  • Knowledge of 1C:Accounting, Taxpayer’s Cabinet, SONO, Excel, and Word.
  • Professional development courses are an advantage.

Job Vacancy: Economist

Job Responsibilities:

  • participate in the preparation and improvement of economic plans and measures aimed at increasing labor productivity and reducing material, labor, and financial costs;
  • take part in drafting long-term and current economic and social development plans of LLP «Fisheries Research and Production Center» in developing staffing schedules and expenditure estimates;
  • carry out economic calculations necessary for determining material and labor costs, justify planned indicators, and standardize expenses;
  • prepare reports, justifications, and participate in compiling reporting on economic performance indicators of LLP «Fisheries Research and Production Center»   ;
  • take part in analyzing business activities and identifying reserves for improving efficiency;
  • contribute to the development of proposals for improving the organization of production, labor, and management;
  • maintain accounting and control of economic indicators and submit required reports on time;
  • participate in developing methods for economic evaluation of implemented measures and analyze their effectiveness;
  • ensure efficient use of material, labor, and financial resources;
  • perform tasks assigned by management within the scope of competence.

Requirements:

  • higher education in economics or engineering-economics;
  • at least 3 years of work experience in the specialty, including experience in quasi-public enterprises;
  • proficiency in Kazakh and Russian languages;
  • knowledge of modern software (Excel, 1C, analytical and calculation tools).
